Stockholm Furniture Fair 2024
Exhibited: Feb. 6th-10th 2024
Designed: July 2023 - Jan. 2024
Marking the 15th year in session, UO Product Design selected 18 students to exhibit their work at Stockholm Furniture Fair 2024. Along with exhibiting Home Chair (2023), I had the honor to work with my peers to design the booth and direct our visual identity across print and web.

Designed Bella Molyneux, Trent Nesbitt, and Léo Ashla Cramer

We were inspired by the wide array of products that our program produces, we sought to create a white board space to illustrate the variety of materials and industries our work fits into

Final Postcard Design - viewing front and back

Initial key elements were the cobalt blue, element of the designers voice, and ensuring personal information was highly visible

An early discussion was the dynamic between the title of the exhibition and the title of individual project

We eventually had to convert our blue to a CMYK color for printing which clearly changed the tone

An opportunity to share process was enticing given our focus was the active learning environment but it was hard to ensure quality process documentation for each project as we were creating materials post production

Less is more was harked throughout the process as we were trying to facilitate professional opportunities on a international stage so simplifying our visuals to be as simple as possible was vital

A more handwritten element and bringing the idea of "red-lining" was an early concept
